Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Inside Channel Account Manager (Gem) at Jintech Solution Ltd. The role involves managing and building strong relationships with channel partners, driving channel sales, creating and implementing business plans, and overseeing account management. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with sales teams to achieve revenue goals and ensure seamless collaboration with channel partners to meet organization objectives.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic decision-making to drive business growth
• Experience in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
• Skill in Channel Sales and fostering partnerships with channel partners
• Strong Sales abilities, including negotiation, communication, and closing deals
• Knowledge of Channel Partners dynamics and building beneficial collaborations
• Proven ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the technology or IT infrastructure sector is a plus

Salary: -15,000 to 50,000(net home) +Attrective veriable
