Ø Responsibilities:

- Sell products or services to customers in a retail environment.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints.

- Achieve sales targets and quotas.

- Assist in inventory management and ensure that products are displayed effectively.

- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.

- Participate in promotional events and campaigns.

- Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.

Ø Requirements:

- Graduate or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

- Freshers will also be considered.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer service skills and the ability to address customer concerns or complaints.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
