What You'll Do
• Partner with global chemical manufacturers to deliver AI-powered process optimisation solutions
• Analyse process and production data to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop and apply first-principles and dynamic simulation models
• Build analytical workflows using Python
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape new platform capabilities
• Translate complex engineering challenges into practical technical solutions

About You

You'll bring:
• A Chemical Engineering degree
• 7-10 years' experience in process development, process engineering, or specialty chemical manufacturing
• Experience building first-principles and/or dynamic simulation models
• Knowledge of tools such as Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS, gPROMS, or similar
• Experience using Python for modelling or data analysis
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• French language skills are a plus
