Please find below the roles and responsibilities: (Staffing IT experience highly preferred)
Night Shift: 6:30 pm- 3:30 am (Monday to Friday)
Location: Noida
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
• Researching and qualifying new leads
• Maintaining and updating the lead generation database
• Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business
You'll be a great fit if:
• Have worked with international clients in night shifts. Ability to quickly adjust priorities to respond to pressing demand
• Demonstrated ability to learn and use necessary technology quickly and adeptly
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Responsible self-starter and innovative-quick thinker
• A keen team player and have a good understanding of team dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously with a sense of urgency
