Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 5–8 years of experience in IT Consulting, IT Services, and Software Products. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating new business, managing enterprise accounts, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across India, MENA, UK, and Europe markets.

The role requires strong knowledge of IT solutions, consultative selling, international business development, proposal management, and end-to-end sales cycle ownership.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across India, MENA, UK, and Europe regions.
• Sell IT consulting services, software products, managed services, digital transformation solutions, and technology services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, technology heads, procurement teams, and business stakeholders.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, presentations, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
• Develop regional sales strategies and account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Work closely with internal delivery, pre-sales, technical, and product teams to create customized client solutions.
• Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, commercial offers, presentations, and sales reports.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, webinars, trade shows, and networking platforms.
• Manage existing accounts, drive client retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with delivery teams and supporting smooth project onboarding.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5–8 years of sales experience in IT Consulting, IT Services, Software Products, SaaS, or Technology Solutions.
• Proven experience selling to clients in India, MENA, UK, and Europe markets.
• Strong understanding of IT services such as software development, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM, data analytics, AI/ML, digital transformation, managed services, or enterprise applications.
• Experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, consultative sales, and solution selling.
• Ability to generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, email campaigns, partner channels, and industry events.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong experience in handling RFPs, proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
• Ability to work with international clients across different time zones.
• Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on revenue growth and client acquisition.
• Good knowledge of CRM tools, sales reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent business qualification will be an added advantage.
• Existing client network or partner connections in India, MENA, UK, or Europe will be preferred.
• Experience working with IT consulting firms, software product companies, system integrators, or digital transformation companies.
