As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for day-to-day recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Your role will be vital in identifying top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization.

• Worked for International Candidates on Sourcing, Interviewing, Hiring and Negotiations on offers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates
• Developing an action plan for recruiting, understanding client requirements, and mapping relevant targets
