Qualifications
2+ years of IT Tech Support experience
Ability to work independently (communication, initiative, problem-solving, time management)
Experience setting up new hire desks, PCs, and hardware
Experienced including installing Microsoft Windows Suite and setting up ios devices
Managing AV and Microsoft Teams Conference Rooms
Some experience with low voltage and cabling
Ability to lift 40+ lbs, walking, being around outdoors, and on your feet often
Experience with Service Now ticketing
The right candidate will have strong communication, problem solving skills, and time management
Responsibilities
This person will work to set up the IT environment in about 50 trailers for a construction project site
This will include setting up the work stations, docking stations, hardware, and setting up computers and iPhone
Then, this person will provide 1st tier desktop support using Service Now for about 250 end users at the construction site
This will involve lifting up to 40 pounds, being active to walk to different areas both indoors and outdoors
