We are currently seeking a Information Security Technical Documentation Writer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
NTT Data Services is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for an Information Security Technical Documentation Writer to join our team in “Noida, India”. The Information Security Technical Documentation Writer is responsible for collaborating with department team members, engineering, and services to modify or develop content for standard documentation sets; including but not limited to a variety of standard security products and services, as well as, special initiatives for new and existing customer environments.
• Creates and manages document schedules, content management, and information architecture.
• Ensures all deliverables are technically and mechanically accurate.
• Writes, edits and proofs hardcopy and online documents for consistency.
• Writes, edits structure modules for Software / Hardware that has moderate level of complex features or components.
• Assists program or process development and implementation.
• Builds deeper understanding of processes, procedures, customers, and organization.
• Coordinates and leads activities and processes.
• Good working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools and procedures to accomplish job.
• Ensures understanding of technical matters by non- technical, executive decision makers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects that are simple to complex in scope
• Conducts interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for documentation.
• Develops and applies specialized knowledge within own discipline.
• Deepens knowledge through exposure to new assignments and continuous learning
• Good working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools and procedures to accomplish job
• When assigned to a customer team, actively participates on small to medium sized project teams in support of customer deliverables.
• Exhibits expert knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Demonstrates expert technical wiring and/or editing skills
