We are inviting applications for the role of Influencer Marketing Executive (Work from Office)
Job Location : Jaipur- C Scheme
Salary : 20,000 -30,000 Monthly
Shift timings : 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM Sunday Off
Experience 0-1 yrs in the same role / Digital Marketing Inters can also apply
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships
Support influencer marketing execution end-to-end — from brief drafting and creator outreach to contract coordination and post-campaign reporting.
Assist in identifying creators and voices that align with each brand’s positioning across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
Maintain creator databases, outreach trackers, and campaign status documentation to keep partnerships organized and on schedule.
Support TikTok Shop affiliate programs — sourcing and onboarding affiliate creators, coordinating sample requests, and managing open collaboration and targeted invites.
Monitor affiliate content and GMV performance in TikTok Shop Seller Center, flagging top-performing creators for deeper partnerships.
Compile influencer and affiliate performance data (reach, engagement, conversion, GMV) into post-campaign recaps for senior team review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field
● Basic understanding of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads (certifications or coursework/internship exposure is a plus)
● Basic awareness of influencer marketing concepts and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
● Good communication skills, both written and verbal
● Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets for basic data tracking
● Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment
● Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur.
Good to Have
● Internship or academic project experience in digital marketing, social media, or advertising
● Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification
● Personal experience running social media pages or content creation
