About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from influencer identification and outreach to campaign execution and closure.
2. Coordinate influencer endorsements, brand collaborations, and creator partnerships across multiple social media platforms.
3. Execute campaign strategies and ensure timely delivery of campaign objectives and brand requirements.
4. Handle influencer onboarding, negotiations, contracts, pricing discussions, and relationship management.
5. Collaborate with brands, agencies, creators, talent managers, and internal teams throughout the campaign lifecycle.
6. Monitor campaign performance, content approvals, deliverables, timelines, and reporting metrics.
7. Ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns while maintaining quality standards and compliance requirements.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, talent agencies, and industry stakeholders.
9. Track campaign results and provide actionable insights to improve future performance.
10. Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, creator economy developments, platform updates, and emerging social media opportunities.
