Influencer Marketing Executive
Job Description
Find and verify influencer contact details (email, WhatsApp, manager contacts) and build/update the influencer database.
Pitch campaign briefs, negotiate pricing, and close deals in coordination with senior managers.
Track all active deals and campaigns in the CRM/sheet: deliverables, deadlines, content links, posting times.
Review published content to ensure contractual deliverables, brand safety, and compliance.
Manage the payment process: prepare invoices, confirm payments, track payouts, and receipts.
Maintain excellent creator relationships; act as the first point of contact for creators during campaigns.
Provide regular campaign performance and compliance reports to the Influencer Marketing Manager.
Maintain and improve templates for outreach messages, briefs, NDAs, MOUs, and post-campaign reports.
Required Skills & Experience:
0- 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent outreach, or performance marketing (finance preferred).
Strong written and spoken English; comfortable drafting short outreach messages and negotiation messages.
Highly organized with experience using spreadsheets, CRMs (e.g., Google Sheets, Airtable, HubSpot) to track deals.
Good knowledge of YouTube and Instagram creator metrics and basic performance indicators (views, engagement, CTR).
Comfortable managing payments and basic invoice workflows.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience working with finance, trading, and crypto creators.
Basic understanding of digital ad metrics and attribution.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
