Aaryanveda, India's most famous Beauty and Cosmetic Care Brand, is actively seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team. This role requires a candidate with a proven track record in executing successful influencer marketing campaigns and a deep understanding of social media platforms. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns that align with our brand objectives.
2. Research and identify relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users for effective influencer partnerships.
3. Brainstorm and implement new approaches to influencer campaigns, ensuring fresh and engaging content creation.
4. Utilize your proven outreach campaign skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers.
5. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices on Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and other social media platforms.
6. Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes, leveraging connections to drive influencer collaborations.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
8. Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to track the success and impact of influencer initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in executing influencer marketing campaigns, preferably for fast-paced, direct-to-consumer brands.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven ability to build and maintain successful influencer relationships.
- Strong networking aptitude and a proactive approach to attending industry events.
- Creative thinking with a track record of developing innovative influencer campaigns.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the beauty and cosmetic industry is a plus.
- Age criteria: Under 25 years.
- North West Delhi residents preferred to minimize commute time.
