✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Support planning and execution of influencer campaigns on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Identify and onboard relevant influencers, nurturing professional relationships
• Lead negotiations to secure collaborations, product gifts, and content deliverables
• Coordinate briefing, content approvals, and ensure on‑time campaign execution
• Track campaign performance using KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) and build Excel reports
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Handle 3–5 simultaneous brand campaigns, staying disciplined under pressure
• Present campaign updates and results to internal teams
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 6 months–1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing or Social Media (including internships)
• Hands-on with influencer outreach, coordination, or managing social campaigns
• Strong negotiation skills—able to close influencer collaborations
• Excellent communication skills—proactive, clear, and relationship-driven
• Advanced Excel proficiency for budget tracking, content calendars, and KPI reporting
• Comfort working onsite in Delhi, meeting strict deadlines, and delivering under pressure
• Highly disciplined, well-organized, and effective at multitasking.
