Job Description
Golden Arrow is hiring Industrial Shuttle Bus Drivers for its Fort McMurray location. The role involves transporting workers, completing paperwork, and maintaining buses. Candidates need at least 3 years of shuttle driving experience, a valid class 2 or class 1 license, and various safety certifications. The position offers a 14/7 schedule with a pay range of CA$27.60–CA$31.68 per hour, but it is not a remote job as it requires on-site work.

Schedule is 14/7. Guaranteed minimum 8 hours a day, extra hours available!. This is a Camp position.
Responsibilities:
• Drive company shuttle buses to transport workers from camp to worksite.
• Complete required paperwork such as log sheets, dispatch sheets, DVIRS, FLRA’S
• Notify dispatchers or company mechanics of vehicle problems.
• Operate all company equipment needed to communicate with company dispatchers such as radio, to receive information, updates, and passenger locations.
• Demonstrates behaviours consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, fueled, and safe bus
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience and Knowledge:
• Shuttle drivers require minimum 3 years industrial shuttle bus driving experience or 5 years’ heavy trucking required
• Valid class 2 license with air brakes or class 1 and clean driving record
• CSTS certificate, First Aid and OSSA required
• Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate in English (written and oral)
Working Conditions:
• Dusty with changing weather
• 14/7 rotation with split shift with early and late hours
