Qualifications
Knowledge of different painting/staining/finishing techniques and tools
Ability to interpret blueprints or specifications for finish requirements
Experience with Lean manufacturing principles is beneficial
Basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint ratios
Proficient in painting & laquer finishing process

Responsibilities

Apply paint/finish coatings using various techniques such as spraying, brushing, or rolling
Ensure proper adhesion and coverage of paint/finish coatings
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to protect oneself and others in the work environment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- Apply paint/finish coatings using various techniques such as spraying, brushing, or rolling
- Ensure proper adhesion and coverage of paint/finish coatings
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to protect oneself and others in the work environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in industrial painting/finishing or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of different painting/staining/finishing techniques and tools
- Familiarity with Auto painting, Auto body repair, and Precision measuring instruments is a plus

- Familiarity with Millwork finishing, Woodwork is a plus
- Ability to interpret blueprints or specifications for finish requirements
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles is beneficial
