Job Description
• Provide professional nursing services and medical support to employees at industrial client locations.
• Attend to workplace injuries, minor illnesses, emergencies, and provide immediate first aid and basic nursing care.
• Monitor employee health, vital signs, and provide appropriate nursing assistance as required.
• Support doctors during medical consultations, health check-ups, and occupational health programs.
• Maintain accurate records of employee consultations, treatments, injuries, and medical incidents.
• Ensure proper availability and management of medicines, first-aid supplies, and medical equipment at the site clinic.
• Coordinate with the client’s HR, safety team, management, and our clinic for smooth delivery of healthcare services.
• Follow company and client safety protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and ensure high standards of professional nursing care.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
