The Air Force Indigenous Youth Program (IYP) provides young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men and women with exposure to various skills, trades and life-style experiences. Students will be exposed to a program of indoor and outdoor activities providing students with an insight into a wide range of careers including aircrew type employment through to engineering, maintenance, logistics, air traffic control, fire rescue, administration, ground Defence and many others.
