Indigenous Identified Certificate III Business Customer Engagement Traineeship
Job Description
Use your customer service experience and outgoing personality to help people solve their financial needs.
Each day is different and there is a large variety of tasks you will undertake in this traineeship.
This is a phone/email based role and comes with the following tasks and duties:
Provide excellent customer service, support and care
Identify and respond to customer concerns and needs
Assist customers with products and services,
Educate customers on easy ways to bank
Support vulnerable people, support and contribute to the ANZ team
Deal with difficult situations, and communicate effectively
Data entry, use business systems, and customer referrals
Maintain a clean and safe workplace
Additional tasks as required.
You must be willing to work AM or PM shifts between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday as rostered. The award covers afternoon shifts, overtimes and meal breaks for these hours.
We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
Customer Service experience required
Excellent communication skills
Intermediate computer skills
Someone who is empathetic, friendly, and a caring and helpful nature,
Willing to deal with difficult and vulnerable customers,
Honest, reliable, punctual, trustworthy, willing to learn
Able to follow instructions and within policies and procedures
Able to multitask, be proactive, and use initiative.
ANZ will provide a robust several week paid induction and training process
You will be required to undergo a police check prior to commencement.
