- Distributing emails through the use of automation software.

- Creating and monitoring a wide variety of email marketing campaigns

- Ensuring design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly

- Proofreading key messaging in and out of email templates

- Managing email lists and maintain list data hygiene

- Following up on emails

- Tracking and analyzing campaign results

- Aiding additional digital marketing efforts.

- Drive email campaign strategy through various channels and directions as required by the sales team

Desired Qualities :

- Must be an expert of email marketing/campaign management softwares e.g. Hubspot, Mailchimp, Sendgrid etc.

- Technical knowledge of emails

- Basic knowledge of HTML

- Great skills in copywriting

- Prior database management experience, preferably in a similar role.

- Familiarity with pertinent automation and performance evaluation software.

- Willingness to work extended hours to ensure that projects are completed, as needed.

Qualification :

- Minimum Bachelor in Marketing/Communications

- Excellent verbal and written English communication
