Senior Associate, Project Management.
Location – Pune, India (Hybrid)

We’re looking for
We are seeking a Senior Project Management Associate to lead and oversee a variety of quantative market research projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven track record of successfully managing market research projects with
delivery on time, on scope.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for
detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with
internal stakeholders, and internal team members at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to be assertive
and resolve scope-related issues effectively.
• You’ll work closely with cross-functional internal teams, and vendors to ensure
successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment
Core Responsibilities
• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, owing to the delivery of all day-to-
day and ad hoc requests. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project
• Develop & own detailed project schedules and timelines. Monitor project
milestones, resources, and deadlines to ensure projects stay on track
• Develop relationship with internal Research team members and Operations
team members.
• Maintain project documentation and file management / organization
• Identify potential risks or delays early in the project delivery schedule.
• Identify areas for process improvement
• Drive adherence to MarketCast Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Individuals should be well verse with field activities such as daily, weekly field
report, final field report, Open end cleaning, Invoicing with sample vendors etc.
• Individual must be aware of calculation and tracking of field metrics like IR and
LOI
• Actively coordinating with sample vendors to ensure timely closure of project
field.
It’ll be helpful if you have:
• Bachelor's or Postgraduate’s Degree
• 4+ years of experience managing quantitative market research projects
• Knowledge of market research tools (e.g., Decipher), Knowledge of different
types of ‘Quotas’ used in quantitative research
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, etc.) and MS
Office Suite.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
• Preliminary to moderate process knowledge (deliverables) of Survey
programming, Data processing, Reporting and Open-end coding teams
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for quality control and data
integrity.
