What you’ll be doing:
Providing a customer focussed rent and debt collection service.
Collaborating with external stakeholders including the DWP and housing benefit department, to reduce debt.
Working with Income Officers to support customers with repaying debt.
Providing administrative support within the team.
What we’re looking for:
You don’t need specific previous experience to be great in this role, what’s more important is having the right attitude. The kind of skills we look for are:
Excellent customer service skills.
Great communications, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in both Salford and Knowsley locations, travelling between them as required.
