Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls from clients and provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Assist customers with account setup, application procedures, and service-related queries.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Document all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions accurately.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on financial services, trading products, and company offerings.
• Collaborate with the team to meet departmental KPIs and customer experience goals.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance communication and product knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream) and from Ahmedabad.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Customer-oriented approach with good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ahmedabad Freshers are welcome! Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
