About The Role
This is a permanent full-time inbound sales opportunity, reporting to the Inbound Sales Team Leader. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to members and maximise call opportunities to promote and sell suitable products and services.
Receive inbound calls to educate members and respond to promotional campaigns and needs
Ensure members needs are understood and handled
Cross-sell health and life insurance products
Work towards KPIs and service targets and ensure adherence to compliance
Handle new applications and enquiries
Your Skills & Experience
Previous customer service experience from retail, hospitality, banking etc (call centre experience desirable)
Previous sales experience working towards sales KPIs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving skills whilst working under pressure
Ability to work well within a team
Passion for serving customers
