Attend training session and take support, wherever required
Ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Ensure that clients / customers are happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt response & resolutions to their challenges at all times.
Eligibility CriteriaGraduation is MandatoryWork Experience - Minimum 1 yearCandidate should ready to work in rotational shift (Time - 8:00am - 10:00pm)Good Communication Skills
