Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Inbound Phone Sales Representative to join our team in Woodbridge, NJ.
This is an in-office, full-time position for a motivated sales professional who is confident handling inbound calls, qualifying leads, and closing sales in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details
Role: Inbound Phone Sales Representative
Location: Woodbridge, NJ (On-site only)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Commission Only
Additional Incentives: Weekly bonuses and daily performance contests
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from qualified leads
Identify customer needs and present solutions
Close sales and meet or exceed performance goals
Follow structured sales processes and scripts
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of sales experience
Strong communication and closing skills
Comfortable working in a commission-based role
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Professional phone presence and strong follow-up skills
