We are urgently hiring for Inbound / Outbound Customer Care Executives (Fresher/Experienced both) for a renowned Organisation/Group in Pune.
• Job Location- Navale Bridge, Narhe, Pune

• Experience: Freshers / Experienced both can apply
• Salary - 12000-14000/- per month
• Immediate Joiners preferred
Basic skills:
Hindi and Marathi languages

• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
