Process Name: DBS INBOUND

Job Description:

Synopsis:

Customer service for credit cards. Calls will be received on new hotline(toll-free number) as well as Inbound calls- customer service.

Requirement:

Graduation mandatory

6 Days working/One Day Rotational Week Off

Rotational shifts 8am to 8pm (24/7).

Fresher or any experience in any BPO.

Language- English/Hindi

Location – Ambattur

Salary: 21 K CTC

Take Home – 17 TH

2. Versant voice (5 or 6 cut off)

3. Ops Round

4. Client Round
