Corporate Counsel/Assistant General Counsel – Billion-Dollar Company

This organization is seeking its second-in-command in the legal department. This is a rare chance to work directly with a highly experienced General Counsel on a small but powerful legal team.
If you’re an experienced attorney with a strong background in real estate and finance, you could be the perfect fit. While AmLaw experience is a plus, it’s not a requirement. What matters most is your ability to handle a diverse array of legal challenges with confidence and maturity, fit in with a close-knit, dynamic team, and help guide this company’s continued growth.
