In-Home Sales Consultant (Part-Time / Flexible) – Plumbing Industry
Job Description
This is NOT a typical sales role.
No cold calling
No pricing or quoting required
No admin work
You will be meeting homeowners who have already inquired about replacing their Poly-B plumbing system.
Your role is simple:
Show up
Build trust
Walk them through the process
Get them comfortable moving forward
Our office handles:
Pricing
Proposals
Follow-ups
Duties
Respond to new leads quickly (same-day when possible)
Attend in-home appointments across Edmonton and surrounding areas
Educate homeowners on Poly-B plumbing risks and replacement
Capture videos of the home showing bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and various plumbing fixtures.
Complete PBPG forms as required
Build trust and confidence in our process
Capture commitment to move forward or next steps
Communicate clearly with our office team
Skills
Strong people skills (this is critical)
Confident communicator (not pushy, but in control)
Reliable and responsive (speed matters in this role)
Comfortable being in homes and speaking with homeowners
Self-motivated with minimal supervision
Sales experience is an asset, but not required
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Reliable vehicle
Based in or near Edmonton

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40,187.52-$133,318.38 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
