Job Description
Education and Experience:
• B.Com or similar Qualification
• At least one year of experience in EXIM Profile.
• Prior experience preparing (CHA Experience) customs and shipping documents preferred.
Salary: 20K- 25K CTC per Month
Job Summary:
The Import Export Executive will provide operational & documentation support to the Import-Export Department and assist with preparing import and export documents in compliance with customs and government regulations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
• Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
• Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.
• Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.
• Co-ordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarder, CHA and another relevant dept.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
