Job Title: Import Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 CTC per month
Notice Period: 15 Days to Immediate
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Import Executive to manage and coordinate import operations efficiently. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling documentation, shipment tracking, vendor coordination, and working on SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end import documentation and processes
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with import regulations and documentation requirements
• Handle invoice verification and maintain accurate records in SAP
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in import operations
• Basic knowledge of import documentation and customs procedures
• Working knowledge of SAP (mandatory)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
Checklist (Must-Have Skills & Exposure):
• Experience handling import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB)
• Basic understanding of customs clearance process
• Coordination with CHA (Custom House Agent)
• Shipment tracking and follow-ups with freight forwarders
• Knowledge of HS codes and duty structure (basic level)
• Vendor/supplier communication (international preferred)
• Experience in handling multiple shipments simultaneously
• Basic Excel knowledge for reporting and tracking
• Hands-on experience in SAP (GRN, invoice processing, data entry)
