Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
SEO Strategy Development : Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored for B2B audiences, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Keyword Research : Conduct extensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities that resonate with B2B customers.
On-Page and Off-Page SEO : Optimize website content, metadata, and backlink strategies to enhance visibility and authority in search engines.
Technical SEO : Work with web development teams to implement best practices in technical SEO, including site audits, indexing issues, and mobile optimization.
Content Collaboration : Partner with content and marketing teams to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that addresses the needs of B2B clients.
Performance Monitoring : Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track SEO performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights.
Reporting and Insights : Create regular reports on SEO metrics and performance, sharing insights with stakeholders to inform ongoing strategies.
Digital Marketing Integration : Collaborate with other digital marketing teams (PPC, social media, email marketing) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies that drive lead generation and conversion.
Team Leadership : Mentor and guide a team of SEO specialists, fostering professional development and collaboration.
Industry Trends : Stay updated on the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, applying insights to enhance strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or PG degree
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic growth.
- Strong understanding of all digital marketing aspects including content marketing, SEO tools, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
