Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Sales role based in Hyderabad. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their immigration needs, and presenting suitable visa and resettlement solutions offered by DMC Immigration. The individual in this role will conduct consultations, follow up on leads, manage client inquiries, and maintain accurate records in CRM or other systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining visa options and processes, supporting clients through documentation and application steps, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The role also includes meeting sales targets, participating in training sessions, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales and customer service practices.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to convert leads, achieve targets, and manage pipelines efficiently.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to explain immigration processes clearly and guide clients through requirements and timelines.
• Relevant experience in immigration consulting, education consulting, or service-based sales is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, handle multiple client cases simultaneously, and use CRM or similar tools for documentation.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in sales, customer service, or immigration-related fields are an advantage.
