Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal with E-2 experience to join our team at Path Law Group. As an Immigration Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of employment-based immigration cases.
• Draft, review, and edit NIV/IV cases, including E-2 petitions, O-1s, EB-1s, and NIWs.
• Manage a large caseload while liaising with inter-firm teams to ensure efficiency and quality of work.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the visa process.
• Efficiently report case progressions to legal teams and managers.
• Liaise with governmental organizations, including USCIS, CBP, and the US Department of Labor.
