We're Hiring: Immigration Counsellor (Australia/Canada )
Location: Usmanpura I Ahmedabad

Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years
About the Role
As an Immigration Counsellor, you will serve as the backbone of our client service team—advising aspiring migrants, navigating complex immigration processes, and delivering tailored, compliant, and efficient solutions. Your knowledge, empathy, and professionalism will empower clients to confidently take the next steps toward a better future.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide end-to-end immigration and visa counselling (Study, PR, Work, and Skilled Migration)
· Offer expert consultation and up-to-date advice on immigration policies and requirements (CIC, DIBP, etc.)
· Conduct client assessments and interviews to determine eligibility for various visa pathways
· Guide clients in preparing accurate documentation, ensuring all submissions meet government timelines
· Liaise with immigration bodies and keep clients informed about key changes in legislation or requirements
· Maintain detailed records, generate quotes, and support clients through the entire visa lifecycle
· Build long-term relationships by delivering quality, ethical, and client-focused advice
· Stay current with evolving immigration laws and contribute to team knowledge sharing
· Handle additional tasks assigned by management as needed
Qualifications and Skills Required
· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field (Business, Law, International Relations, etc.)
· 1 to 3 years of experience in immigration counselling, visa processing, or international education
· Strong knowledge of Australian and Canadian immigration systems and recent policy updates
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Familiarity with CRM tools and digital document systems
· A client-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people achieve their goals
