Responsibilities
Represent clients in immigration related matters
Communicate and keep clients informed regarding their immigration matters
Supervise team of paralegals and legal assistants
Train paralegals and legal assistants as needed
Prepare and review immigration applications before submitting with USCIS, DOL or DOS
Coordinate and communicate with other attorneys and staff about on-going cases and/or projects
Submit immigration applications with USCIS, DOL, DOS or any other government entity

Lawyer needed to work in our office of:
• San Antonio, Texas
Typical Duties Include:
• Represent clients in immigration related matters.
• Communicate and keep clients informed regarding their immigration matters.
• Supervise team of paralegals and legal assistants.
• Train paralegals and legal assistants as needed.
• Prepare and review immigration applications before submitting with USCIS, DOL or DOS.
• Coordinate and communicate with other attorneys and staff about on-going cases and/or projects.
• Submit immigration applications with USCIS, DOL, DOS or any other government entity.
