Duties
Perform lively dance routines and theatrical acts that align with themed storylines and immersive environments
Engage audiences through energetic public speaking, storytelling, and interactive performances
Collaborate with team members to develop and rehearse performance segments that enhance the overall experience
Work closely with children by teaching simple dance or movement activities that encourage participation and enjoyment
Maintain high levels of enthusiasm, professionalism, and guest engagement throughout each performance
Adapt performances dynamically based on audience reactions to ensure an engaging atmosphere
Assist with setting up costumes, props, and stage areas to support seamless show execution
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in dancing, theater, or related performance arts
Strong public speaking and communication skills to connect effectively with diverse audiences
Passion for entertaining children and families with lively, interactive performances
Ability to work well within a team environment and take direction from creative leads
Previous teaching or coaching experience in dance or theater is a plus
Comfortable performing in costume or full makeup as required for themed characters
Enthusiastic attitude with a positive approach to guest service and performance excellence
