• To solve the queries of the customer via Mail, Chat Web Call.
• No Sales process is required
• To provide the best resolution to the customers.
• To work with the software technical team(if required) to resolve the customer problem
• Proficient in English both verbal written - Communication with Foreign clients is part of the job
• Maintain a better relationship with the customers.
• Strong Analytical Skills
