Job Description
As a Tele caller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
As sales executive, you are responsible for Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media, Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data, Ensured the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations, Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
As GRE, Handling executive roles at Hospitals, Assisting patients in registration, Navigating the patients to respective departments, Appointment booking, Assisting with queries , Feedback collection and escalation of feedback to respective heads
