Im a BITS Pilani alum (Batch of 2022), and Im now building the founding team that will help take KH Group to the next level. Were looking for a high-agency Business Development Executive who wants more than just a job and is excited by the opportunity to build.
This is a front-row seat to how a real business scales. You will work closely with me across sales, market research, customer acquisition, branding, marketing strategy and executionturning ideas into campaigns, meeting customers, understanding markets and directly influencing growth.
I'm looking for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, is comfortable figuring things out independently and wants to grow alongside the company. If you want to be part of building something from the ground up and learn how sales, marketing and business strategy actually come together, this is the kind of role where your work will be visible, meaningful and directly impactful.
KH Infra Equipment is a fast-growing construction equipment business based out of Jaipur, growing at ~25% YoY. We manufacture and supply the machines that keep construction projects movingfrom bar cutting and bending machines to concrete
