We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Illustrator to join our content development team.
Job Responsibilities
Create high-quality illustrations for school textbooks, workbooks, and educational publications.
Develop engaging visuals that simplify concepts and enhance the learning experience for students.
Design illustrations, diagrams, characters, icons, infographics, and educational graphics as per curriculum requirements.
Work closely with subject matter experts, editors, instructional designers, and content developers.
Ensure illustrations are age-appropriate, visually appealing, and aligned with the educational objectives.
Revise artwork based on editorial and client feedback while maintaining quality and consistency.
Manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Illustrator.
Experience in educational publishing, textbook illustration, e-learning content, or course development is mandatory.
Strong portfolio demonstrating illustration work for educational or children's content.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar illustration software.
Good understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience illustrating content for K-12 education.
Knowledge of instructional design or curriculum-based content.
Experience creating vector illustrations, infographics, and educational diagrams.
