2. Aadhar Card (or any other address proof)- Front and Back

3. Bank Account details (Passbook or Cancelled Cheque or Online

IMPORTANT : The name on the documents (including bank details)

must correspond to the name of the candidate.

4. PAN Card

5. Registration Certificate (RC)- This can be i n anyones name Need to

ensure that i t i s available for bikers
