Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Trainers role based at CEFL Nerul in Navi Mumbai. The trainer will plan and deliver structured lessons, workshops, and practice sessions aligned with the organization’s curriculum and training standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will maintain accurate records of attendance and assessments, support learners with doubts and difficulties, and collaborate with the academic team to refine course content. The role also involves participating in internal meetings, adhering to institutional policies, and contributing to a positive and professional learning environment.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong instructional and classroom management skills, including the ability to design engaging lessons and facilitate interactive learning.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in English, with clear spoken and written abilities suitable for teaching and mentoring diverse learners.
• Candidates should possess assessment and feedback skills, including the capacity to evaluate learner progress, identify gaps, and provide actionable guidance.
• Candidates should possess planning and organizational skills, such as time management, lesson planning, and record-keeping for classes and evaluations.
• Candidates should possess interpersonal and collaboration skills, including empathy, patience, and the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Relevant teaching, training, or coaching experience in an educational or skills-development setting is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in education, languages, humanities, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in teaching or training are an added advantage.
• Comfort with basic technology (presentation tools, learning platforms, and online resources) and a willingness to adopt new teaching methods is desirable.
