Role : IAM & Analytics Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IAM & Analytics Developer to join our Identity and Security Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with identity platforms, directory services, security data integrations, and analytics solutions. This role focuses on connecting IAM systems with data platforms and security monitoring environments, transforming identity-related data, and enabling meaningful security insights.
The candidate should have hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Okta and Microsoft Entra ID, understanding of identity data flows, API-based integrations, and the ability to develop automation solutions using scripting and programming languages.
Key Requirements
• Experience developing and supporting integrations between IAM platforms, directory services, data lakes, and security analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including user lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and identity event data.
• Experience working with IAM tools such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, or similar identity platforms.
• Ability to extract, transform, filter, and prepare identity and security-related data for analytics and monitoring purposes.
• Experience integrating data from IAM and directory services into SIEM platforms or security analytics solutions.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, JSON-based data exchange, and authentication standards including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and JWT validation workflows.
• Hands-on scripting and development experience using languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or PowerShell for automation and data processing.
• Experience working with cloud technologies, preferably AWS services such as S3, EC2, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Experience with SQL and data integration concepts, including tools such as SSIS or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Bitbucket.
