We are currently seeking a Full Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.
The role
Reporting to the ICT Planning and Delivery Coordinator, we are seeking an ICT Change Management Lead who can bring their skills and experience to:
Support Brimbank’s organizational projects and initiatives through preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structure and more.
Key Responsibilities
Partnering with initiative owners to shape change management approaches and develop tailored plans, ensuring a portfolio approach.
Assess change impacts and manage and deliver appropriate change management activities and interventions that will ensure all change participants are ready.
Partner with business leads to develop and implement readiness plans.
Define change narratives and communication planning and execution that explicitly links to Council strategy.
Change readiness assessments conducted and utilised to recommend approaches to increase engagement and adoption.
Risks identified and mitigated.
Diverse group of stakeholders engaged to achieve shared outcomes.
Operating model developed which aligns with the Council’s objectives.
Assess the success of change adoption.
To be considered, you will have:
Tertiary qualifications in a related field or lesser formal qualifications together with extensive and diverse experience or intensive specialist experience.
The position requires considerable change management experience in a complex environment.
At least 5 years’ of experience in an ICT change management role.
Proven track record managing large, complex change management aspects of ICT projects in Agile, Waterfall and related methods, successfully delivering projects on time.
Qualifications in Prosci, PCI, Lean Change (or similar) change management certification.
Desired: Experience in local government-related frameworks and solutions.
