Salary: $84,000 – $92,000 + Superannuation

As our business continues to expand, we are investing in technology and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency, reporting and service delivery.
We are seeking a motivated ICT Business Analyst to work closely with management and operational teams to identify business needs, analyse processes and support the implementation of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse business operations and identify opportunities for process improvement
Gather, document and validate business and functional requirements
Prepare business process maps and workflow documentation
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external software vendors
Assist in planning and implementing ICT-related projects
Support development and enhancement of business systems
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system implementation activities
Analyse operational data to improve reporting and decision-making
Develop user documentation, procedures and training materials
Monitor implemented solutions and recommend ongoing improvements
Assist in integrating business systems and digital platforms across the organisation
Support management with business intelligence and reporting initiatives
Skills & ExperienceEssential
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Systems or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong documentation and organisational skills
Desirable
Previous experience as an ICT Business Analyst or similar role
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Excel and Power BI
Experience with CRM, ERP or workforce management systems
Exposure to business process improvement or digital transformation projects
Experience supporting system implementation projects
