Job Summary: The ICEGATE Operator cum Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing aspects of customs documentation, filings, and coordination through the ICEGATE portal. This role requires a understanding of customs regulations, and logistics operations to ensure timely clearance of goods and compliance with all statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
ICEGATE Operations:
Prepare and file various customs documents electronically through the ICEGATE portal.
Monitor the status of customs clearances and address any queries or discrepancies that arise during the process.
Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and certifications are obtained and submitted for customs clearance.
Maintain accurate records of all ICEGATE filings and associated correspondence.
Customs Coordination:
Liaise directly with Customs Brokers/CHAs, freight forwarders to facilitate customs clearance.
Assist in responding to customs notices, queries, and audits.
Logistics Support:
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, sales, warehousing) and external partners for smooth logistics operations.
Track and trace shipments, providing regular updates on their status to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain organized digital records of all customs and logistics documents.
Prepare reports on customs activities, clearance times, and potential issues.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of ICEGATE Mandatory.
Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
