JD:
1.1 Position Overview:
As a SAP Commerce Architect, you will be responsible for supporting the design and architecture of the SAP Commerce eCommerce platform. You will work closely with the senior architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that the system meets business requirements and industry standards.
1.2 Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior architects, developers, and stakeholders to design and develop the SAP Commerce eCommerce platform
• Assist with the implementation of architecture patterns, design guidelines, and development best practices
• Contribute to the documentation of technical designs, processes, and procedures
• Participate in code reviews, identify and fix bugs, and improve performance
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies related to eCommerce and the SAP Commerce platform
• Follow established project management methodologies, including Agile/Scrum, and ensure timely delivery of work items
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the SAP Commerce Commerce Suite, including SAP Commerce Accelerators, Cockpit, and Backoffice
• Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and executive management
• Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and architecture strategy
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify technical risks and develop mitigation plans
• Continuously improve skills and knowledge, and share best practices with the team
1.3 Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on eCommerce and SAP Commerce
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Framework
• Familiarity with SAP Commerce Commerce Suite, including SAP Commerce Accelerators, Cockpit, and Backoffice
• Experience with front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Passion for technology and eagerness to learn and grow professionally
Experience: 12 - 17 years
