Tendering Engineer HVAC (Government Projects) Janakpuri, New Delhi

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tendering Engineer to manage end-to-end tendering for HVAC projects, primarily in the government and institutional sector. The role is focused on bid preparation, costing, and submission across various government portals.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze tender documents including BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications
• Prepare techno-commercial bids for government tenders (PWD, CPWD, NBCC, PSU, GeM, E-procurement portals)
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations and prepare comparative statements
• Perform detailed costing, estimation, and BOQ validation
• Draft compliance statements, deviation sheets, and technical submittals
• Manage tender submissions, follow-ups, and clarifications
• Support project billing activities (RA bills, final bills) when required
Requirements
• B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
• 2-5 years of experience in HVAC tendering, preferably government projects
• Working knowledge of PWD/CPWD/NBCC/GeM tendering systems
• Strong proficiency in Excel and documentation
• Ability to handle multiple tenders independently
