Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all HVAC systems within the hotel.
Inspect and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units, boilers, and ventilation systems.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
Install new HVAC units and systems as needed.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while conducting repairs and installations.
Respond promptly to guest complaints regarding HVAC issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems in all areas of the hotel.
Monitor and maintain inventory of HVAC parts and supplies.
Stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems.
Provide training and guidance to junior HVAC technicians.
Collaborate with outside contractors as needed for major repairs or installations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
